Superb service - The home eye examination and help in selecting glasses for my housebound mother was superb from start to finish. Arranging a convienent appointment was easy. On the day, Parma had a friendly and professional manner, putting my mother at ease. He explained everything thoroughly as he went along. He was able to offer a good selection of glasses at reasonable prices and practical advice. Any Covid 19 changes to normal proceedures were communicated and handled well. It is good to deal with a local firm with a committment to customer service. We would certainly recommend them to other residents of my mother's flats.

Recently you made two pairs of glasses for my 92 year old Mother-in-Law who is disabled and in care. One pair to read with and the other for distance. She is thrilled with them she can now read the small print in her newspaper and she can see distance quite well. For the last six months she has struggled with a well known high street opticians who made her two pairs, in the first place wrongly and then compounded their error by making another two pairs wrongly again. She was left no longer able to read nor watch the TV properly but was told because her of her cataracts and macular degeneration she would have to buy a magnifying glass to read with.
You came highly recommended to me and you were able to make the glasses she now has and her cataracts and macular problems were not as sever as first thought. Thank you very much for your efforts you have an excellent manner with older people and very professional in you business. I would highly recommend you to anyone who reads this review.

I have known Parm and the team for nearly 5 years and I can honestly say that I haven't incurred any problems with the service they provide and never received any complaints from residents, staff or relatives. If we have a concern regarding a resident they are happy to discuss / advise or even visit at short notice. We feel they offer a friendly and compassionate service and they know who we are talking about when we discuss a certain resident.
